Johnson Mobile Law
A “mobile
lawyer” is an attorney who practices law outside of the traditional
legal office environment. A mobile lawyer is the road
warrior of the legal profession. He tears up the streets
serving the needs of his clients. A mobile lawyer will
save you time and money because you don't waste time and money
going to him. He comes to you. He will meet you at your home, office, or
just about anywhere, at any time.
Our approach is professional
and service oriented and is based on personal integrity, mutual
respect, and dedication to our clients. Johnson Mobile Law is
committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients.
We provide legal experience and business knowledge. Our
underlying values guides us as we work with our clients to meet their
goals.
Family Law
Johnson Mobile Law represents
clients in all types of divorce and family law matters including
providing advice, counsel and representation in divorce cases
(uncontested, mediated, and complex/contested divorce litigation), the
negotiation of premarital and post-nuptial agreements, equitable
distribution of property, support and maintenance, parenting plans and
modifications.
We approach each circumstance
with the compassion and understanding it deserves while
endeavoring to deliver the best results for our clients in a
cost efficient manner.
Johnson Mobile Law is
committed to mediation as an alternative to costly litigation. To

Estate and Wealth Planning
If you are twenty-one years or older, regardless
of your net worth, it’s important to have a basic estate plan
in place in case the unthinkable happens, you die or become seriously
ill. If you die without an estate plan, the probate court
decides what happens to your assets. Additionally, if you become
seriously ill or injured, your doctors may not treat you as you desire
because they do not know your preferences. A professional, up to date
estate plan prevents this from occurring. Call Johnson Mobile
Law for our free brochure about estate planning.
Elder Law
Elder Law is closely related to
Family Law and Estate and Wealth Planning. In conjunction with
those services, The Johnson Mobile
Law Firm can also help retirees with:
Real
Estate
Buying or selling your home is one of the most important and
complicated financial transactions you will make during your lifetime. In almost all residential real estate deals, both buyers and sellers
must review complex papers, including legally binding contracts.
Throughout the process your Realtor or salesperson can give you sales
services but they are not authorized to give legal advice.
Get
peace of mind.
Protect yourself
and your dream
home. Have a lawyer by your side. Johnson Mobile Law can help you
with:
Small Business Law
When you leave your business or
office, you lose money. A mobile lawyer can save you money by
coming to your business or office, when it is convenient for you.
You stay and make money, while we work for you.
We offer a broad range of legal
services and legal advice to small business owners and professionals
including the formation of business entities such as corporations,
LLC's, and partnerships; buying and selling businesses; contracts and
leases; arbitration and mediation; and internet law.
DUI/Possession
If you have recently been arrested for drunk
driving or drug possession in southeast Pennsylvania for the
first time, it is important to call Johnson Mobile Law immediately. Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and drug
possession is considered a serious crime by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. People convicted of DUI face mandatory minimum
sentences, even when it is a first offense. A conviction results
in jail time, at least a one-year drivers' license suspension,
court-ordered treatment programs, and substantial fines.
Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD)
is an alternative to mandatory sentencing. ARD is a pre-trial
disposition in which the District Attorney agrees to suspend
prosecution of your Driving Under the Influence or possession charge for a period of
time in exchange for your successful participation in a rehabilitative
program. After successfully completing the program, your arrest
and court proceeding may be expunged from your record. If you
want to discuss ARD, call or email David Johnson.
